Returns
Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Loose Battery, ear tips, and used or Damage Products, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or hazardous materials.
Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at www.hearingbazaar.com and send your item to the Mentioned Address on the Parcel.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the Mentioned Address on the Parcel
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Some items are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
You must share the image of the item and its defects through Your Orders for a refund/replacement.
For a Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We undertake to repair/ replace hearing aids with manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
2. The Mic, Receiver, Battery and ear tips, and Cord, Switch are not covered by warranty.
3. Physical Damage, battery leakage Damage due to water/moisture & sweat, tampering, and the broken hearing aid will void the warranty.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND 

1. We will refund the customer’s amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
2. A refund will be processed after receiving the product back from the manufacturer.
3. If the customer applies a return for a COD order then the customer will be asked to email their bank details to complete the refund process.
4. Hearingbazaar.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
5. Delivery and Packing Charges: In any case, the delivery charges, and packing charges will be deducted from the refund amount on the return. Additionally, some retail packing or restocking charges will also be charged from the refund amount only. Even if the item is damaged or used, its money will also be taken from the customer, it will be decided by the company.
