WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We undertake to repair/ replace hearing aid with manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
- The Mic Receiver, Battery and ear tips, and Cord, Switch are not cover by warranty.
- Physical Damage, battery leakage Damage due to water/moisture & sweat, tampering, and the broken hearing aid will void the warranty.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
- We will refund the customer’s amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
- A refund will process after receiving the product back from the manufacturer.
- If the customer applies a return for a COD order then the customer will be asked to email their bank details to complete the refund process.
- Hearingbazaar.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
- Delivery and Packing Charges: In any case, the delivery charges, and packing charges will be deducted from the refund amount on the return. Additionally, some retail packing or restocking charges will also be charged from the refund amount only. Even if the item is damaged or used, its money will also be taken from the customer, it will be decided by the company.
